1) Try and leave early, because there will be 1200+ people going to the venue at the same time.

2) Carry your shoes with you if possible, as the open ground is with grass and if you are not comfortable playing garba bare foot on grass, wearing your shoes may help.

3) Make sure your kids are wearing full sleeve and full pants and are fully covered, as there are a lot of trees in the surrounding and its a farmhouse.

4) If the wait and the queue is too long at the free shuttle bus, take the public shuttle bus from outside MTR exit C, mini bus no. 601 or 601B and get off at Kam Tin Country Club and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the venue. The bus mini bus will charge you between HK$6-8 one side.

You need to walk out from MTR Exit A Kam Sheung Road. Outside the exit A you can follow A-Desiflava flags to reach to the shuttle bus pick up and drop off point. The walk is hardly for 2 minutes from the MTR Exit A. Also there will be A-Desiflava staff at the boarding point and we'll also put a big A-Desiflava flag at the pick up spot. Please see the pick up spot photo shown below.

Free shuttle bus will start from 5pm onwards and will run until 11pm (last bus). There will be four mini shuttle buses (27 seater) running between the venue and the MTR every 15 minutes. Everyone will be given a bus token when then arrive the pick up spots at the mtr pick. Each person will be given only one bus token. In order to avoid overcrowding, queuing and unnecessary rush, only the persons with this bus token will be allowed to board the buses and only the persons with the token can queue up for getting inside the bus. You will not be given bus tokens for anyone else and there is no seating priority and preferences for anyone. All persons with the bus token will need to board the bus at the same time.

Outside food & drinks are strictly not allowed inside the venue. There will be food counters from different restaurants of Hong Kong inside the ground. You can purchase food & drinks from these counters.

Only the best 100 will get these numbered neck tags. To be able participate in the competition, make sure you get one of these neck tags. Our chief organizer will roam around during the event finding the best participants for the competition. If you are dancing well, energy level is good and well dressed, you will surely get one number tag. Last 1 hour of the event only the people who get these number tags will participate in the competition and the rest will be requested to move on the side or get seated. We will choose the competition winners only from these 100 best and graciously dancing graba lovers. All the best. May the best ones win.

There is always a probability of this happening in Hong Kong. The event will continue as normal. It might rain but as per the forecast the chances are only 30% and even if it rains, it may only drizzle.

You can pay by cash, fps or payme. You will need to purchase a minimum of HK$100 cash coins. You will get 10 coins valued HK$10 each. You can use these coins for playing games, buying food or anything else at the venue. These coins are non-refundable so you will need to make sure you use these coins during the event.

Please bring insect repellent sprays for yourself and your family. Its an open ground surrounded by mountains and a lot of trees.

At the entrance they need to show some kind of age proof which mentions or shows their age or birth year. Once our security person will check this proof, they will allow free entrance.

You cannot carry your own food, snacks, alcoholic drinks and beverages. Anyone found with outside food and drinks been taken inside, will be requested to leave it outside.

You can show the PAID PDF ticket on your phone or a printout. Our security staff will scan the QR code on the tickets and will allow you to enter the venue. Please make sure your PDF says PAID. You need to be patient and queue up while our team checks your online purchase proof.

Family crowd. Also, anyone found in an unsuitable condition before entering the venue, will not be allowed to enter inside the venue.

After you have made the FPS/Payme payment to 95433660, you are supposed to send your payment proof by Whatsapp to the same mobile number. Once the payment is received in the bank, we will issue you a paid ticket pdf proof to you on Email or Whatsapp.

Your ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable. You can only give your ticket to another friend or someone who wishes to pay you the same amount and take it from you. If anyone mentions that you have sold your ticket at an higher price, the person collecting the ticket from you might not get entry inside the event.

There will be food & drinks counters inside the venue. You will need to purchase cash coins from the cash counter, and then purchase your favourite food dishes at these counters by exchanging these cash coins.

Yes, you are allowed to bring baby food and 1 bottle of water only for your infant. More than 1 bottle of water and any food which is not for Infant will not be allowed inside the venue.

Priority in the free shuttle bus seating and venue entrance will be given to only 2 persons along with an infant below the age of 3 years. Two persons need to be infants parents (mom and dad).

Yes only for venue entrance, there will be a separate entrance gate at the venue for senior citizens.

Unfortunately in the Free Shuttle Bus there will be No Priority given to senior citizens.

Right besides the main venue entrance gate (on the right side), there is another gate entrance for car parking space. This space can accomodate a maximum of 50 cars inside. Car Parking charges will be collected directly by the a person assigned from the venue side (not our company). Car parking charges as per the venue authority will be HK$50 per hour.
