Anyone found drinking outside the event premises and coming back inside the event venue will be requested to leave the event immediately. When you are attending our event we expect you to buy your drinks from the event venue.

How to reach the venue?

If you are a Tung Chung resident, the best way to reach here is come to Bhavika Grocery Store and the venue is right next to it. La Rosabelle is in T-Bay Sheraton Tung Chung

MTR Exit :

By Taxi : Take Exit A and take a taxi to Sheraton Tung Chung and walk for 2 minutes from Sheraton Tung Chung to the T-Bay.

By walking : If you prefer to walk, walk inside the Citygate Mall and keep walking straight across the mall and take exit from the other side of the mall. You will reach a footover bridge that will take you towards to Sheraton Tung Chung. You might have to do a bit of asking people to guide you. Total walk is around 10-15 minutes.

What is the food arrangement at the venue?

Outside food & drinks is strictly not allowed inside the venue. A-Desiflava staff will check your bags at the entrance. Food can be ordered from the restaurant menu on ala carte basis.

What is not allowed inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

You cannot carry your own food, snacks, alcoholic drinks and beverages. Anyone found with outside food and drinks inside the venue will be requested to leave the event.

Question 5

How to redeem the online tickets and enter the venue?

Accepted Answer

You can redeem your online tickets at the venue by showing your online purchase proof, but you need to be patient and queue up while our team will check your online purchase proof.  You need to show a PDF which says PAID.

Kind of crowd expected?

Accepted Answer

Family crowd. Also, anyone found in an unsuitable condition before entering the venue, will not be allowed to enter inside the venue.

Question 7

I didn't get my confirmed paid ticket after making FPS/Payme payment?

Accepted Answer

After you have made the FPS/Payme payment to 95433660, you are supposed to send your payment proof by Whatsapp to the same mobile number. Once the payment is received in the bank, we will issue you a paid ticket pdf proof to you on Email or Whatsapp.

Question 8

What if I cannot attend the event after I have purchased the ticket?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable. You can only give your ticket to another friend or someone who wishes to pay you the same amount and take it from you. If anyone mentions that you have sold your ticket at an higher price, the person collecting the ticket from you might not get entry inside the event.
